TOP TEN head guards are sized by head circumference. Your hat size
is not a reliable guide for this measurement. Using a tape measure (and
not string because it can stretch or press into the skin, producing an
inaccurate measurement,) measure around the head from just above the
eyebrows around to the widest part of the skull in the back.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: While the Sizing Chart above contains official TOP TEN sizing recommendations, in practice we have found the MEDIUM Head Guard is the right size for most head circumferences up to 61cm. Most people who wear a Large head guard from any other manufacturer- wear a MEDIUM TOP TEN head guard. If your head circumference is 60cm or less, a LARGE TOP TEN Head Guard is almost certainly too big for you. Call or email us if you have any questions about sizing.
