Karate and Training Glove fit is very individualized. The TOP TEN Superfight 3000 comes in two sizes to fit most adult hands. To measure the hand, put a tape measure through the palm while making a loose fist, and measure circumference around the widest part of the hand.

The Superfight 3000 Karate Glove fits most adult fighters well, but be aware it is a compact design. The larger size, ML, is just what is says, and fits Medium and Large hands perfectly. Some fighters with Extra Large hands can wear it, but some can't. If your hand is very large, you may not be able to wear this glove.
