Uniforms and clothing are sized by the height of the wearer. They are a loose fit and generously cut for maximum movement. If you are heavy, the next size up will be wider for a more comfortable fit. Heights listed are minimums, in centimeters (cm) and feet/inches. How you wear your pant legs figures into the sizing decision. Order the height below your actual height if you wear pants low on your hips and are concerned that pant legs may be too long. Children can order the next size taller, or even two sizes up to allow room for growth. The extra pant length can then be rolled up with the waistband or just worn higher on the waist. Pant legs can be hemmed if you need a larger size for girth. Our sizes and height recommendations are approximate, and there is a lot of flexibility in fit.
